Elvis Ice Cream Sandwich Waffles (With Candied Whiskey Bacon)

Hello, my loves! Happy Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Valentines, and St. Patricks Day! It seems I missed a lot of joyful celebrating in the blogosphere. Including one that occurred two days ago that you may or may not have heard about: International Waffle Day.

Yummm, waffles! I DID celebrate International Waffle day with waffles- I just didn't post about said waffles within the designated 24 hour period.

I figure you guys don't mind though. Waffles are good all year long. Just ask Lesley Knoppe. Unlike other foods that associate with certain holidays (such as dyed eggs or candy canes), waffles never go out of style.

However, before I go there... let's pause guys. This is my last letter! Alphabet DONE! It also happens to be my wedding eve as I sit here and type this. It is just after midnight where I live and as soon as I can stop acting like I am a four year old on Christmas Eve... maybe I can even get some sleep.

Big days are always hard to settle down for and, as far as I can recall in the history of me to date... this is my biggest day yet. Plus, my wedding is going to be so much fun! So much to be wired and excited for!

Sleep is overrated, ha.

Ha, NO ONE knows that this movie is! If you know this movie, please comment so I can send you virtual hugs. This movie is pure glitter-sanity from the 80s and has a star studded cast including Tom Cruise and Tim Curry... and yet no one has ever heard of it or seen it that I know of.
